Open the 5 Legumi can and drained the water and add to a bowl and then add the other ingredients and mix softly. Served chilled.

Quick Chickpea Thosa With Filling:
2 Natures Pearls chickpea tins
1 Natures Pearls lentils tin
Rice Flour half a cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Season to taste
Water for consistency
Onion
Garlic few cloves
Dices tomatoes
Curry leaves few
Scraped coconuts half a cup
Chilli flakes | tsp
Ghee oil few teaspoons
METHOD
Add one tin of chickpeas and lentil in to a blender add the rice flour and season to taste then blend to a smooth texture. Pour in batches to a hot pan and add ghee to add moisture. Cook both sides till done and make thosa.
Fry the onion garlic and curry leaves add tomatoes then the chilli flakes. Then add the chickpeas cook further and season to taste.
Then add the mixture as a filling to a side of prepared thosa and flip as a pan cake. Serve hot.
